Join a pre-recorded masterclass with Food Author and Soil Activist Gizzi Erskine and Ethical Butcher Co Founder Glen Burrows as they discuss why regenerative agriculture and soil health is essential for combating the climate crisis, what’s preventing food from regen agriculture models being affordable and accessible to all, and what can we all do to promote a more sustainable food system that is good for the planet.
Farming and food production is often seen as part of the climate problem. To understand a positive future for food production that’s good for the planet and good for human health, we must understand the potential of regenerative agriculture and it can transition the food system by reversing climate change.
How we produce and source food matters. Regenerative agriculture leads to healthy soil working with nature, capable of producing high quality, nutrient dense food while simultaneously improving, rather than degrading land, and ultimately leading to productive farms and healthy communities and economies.
