The situation is that without a food system that works for people and planet, humanity is in serious trouble. We know that industry leaders understand this as clearly as anyone. Yet too often our responses have been timid tick-box sustainability.
Yet we also know there’s a huge appetite for bold action. And the industry’s response to Covid has sparked new thinking and forged new collaborations.
At COP26, where the politics failed us, food industry leaders agreed that we must keep this momentum going. We must build on this energy and optimism, and rise to the drumbeat on climate that is building through civil society so we can all level up.
That’s where the Future Food Movement comes in. It’s the culmination of 20 years of work from the team of experts at Veris Strategies. It is a pioneering new community, industry network and upskilling campaign which is solely focused on closing the climate skills gap.
It’s a permanent place for the most passionate and influential citizens and business leaders from across the food supply chain to gather and talk openly, share ideas freely, in a shared community space which can welcome everyone – with a focus on upskilling and knowledge building via brave CEO’s, leaders, experts and ambassadors sharing inspirational and constructive ideas and solutions whilst creating lasting connections at every level.
Join the Movement, level up.
