#ShowYourStripes

Today is #ShowYourStripes day, a reminder of how drastically our planet has heated up in recent decades, and how it will carry on doing so unless we act NOW.

Do you see a pattern between the above (global temperature change) and below image (global biodiversity decline)?

One of the many effects global temperature rises are having on our planet is a huge pressure on nature and consequential decline in biodiversity.

There has been a 69% decline in biodiversity between 1970 and 2018 (Living Planet Index).

We are running out of time.

The decisions we make now are crucial in bending the temperature curve. We don’t have long left. We must act now to stay below 1.5℃ warming to avoid the worse consequences of climate change from becoming irreversible (IPCC).

With the food system being responsible for ⅓ of greenhouse gas emissions, food businesses need to be the first to step up.

We are here to support you and help you take the cultural shift needed to take climate action in your business. Please visit our website to find out how we can help.
