have to say the level of research and analysis is extraordinary. Hats off to Henry Dimbleby and Jemima Lewis.
The “reality check” the book lays out makes it a must read for anyone working in our industry.I have always subscribed to the belief that ,however painful, it’s always best to fully understand the challenge you face( a lesson learned as a student when I would take cash out the ATM and avoid looking at the OD figure
There will be many people in our Industry who will reject the changes this book posits and many who will fete it for it’s directness-but as William Blake said “without contraries is no progression”.
It’s certainly made me better informed and more motivated to change some of my consumer behaviour.
