I am on board Future Food Movement because it is a positive way to make a significant difference for mine and future generations, in terms of sustainability of food production and reducing climate change, as the food industry currently contributes 34% of carbon emissions.

My biggest inspiration is Rowan White. Rowan is a seed keeper, farmer and activist who heads up Sierra Seeds which is focused on educating the population on the different indigenous seeds. What I find truly inspiring about her is that she strives to preserve indigenous biodiversity in food. I find it inspiring that she is trying to preserve the seeds within her culture and ancestors in a positive inclusive manner.
