Highlighting the need for a just transition

As we’ve seen this week, farmers’ protests are spreading across Europe highlighting the economic impact of the environmental legislation and the importance of inclusive and viable transition to more sustainable food systems. It seems that a new rule requiring farmers to set aside 4% of land for biodiversity may be postponed from its 2024 introduction. Read more.
