Tom leads group environmental strategy at Hilton Foods, as well as sustainability innovation and lifecycle assessment projects. Before joining Hilton Foods in 2021, he ran his own software and consultancy business specialising in improving public understanding of the carbon footprint of food and worked at Jaguar Land Rover, first on electric vehicles and later developing the company’s net zero strategy. In addition to his work with Hilton Foods, he was Head of the UK’s Youth Delegation to G20 Brasil 2024 and is an Associate at Oxford Net Zero.
