Patrick is passionate about developing people and enabling them to fulfil their potential, especially within a career or business context. His education and training underpin this, and includes a master’s degree in coaching, membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, Post Grad Cert in HR Strategy, and accreditation to use several psychometric instruments. Most of his current work is in leadership development which often involves assessment and coaching, along with some training. He also works on an EMBA programme, supporting students at Cranfield University. In the past, he has worked as a Practice Head in a consulting firm, a Business Change Manager, and led a training and development function in a water utility.

Climate and sustainability matter – to all of us. There’s a story that a butterfly fluttering its wings in Brazil can cause a tornado in Texas. Hopefully it’s a way of fluttering my wings, we can make a positive difference.
