With almost a decade of experience buying at Waitrose, Oliver joined the Waitrose Farm at the Leckford Estate in late 2024 to lead the development of Farming for Nature. This programme sets out Waitrose's intention to work with its farmers to improve the state of nature and biodiversity in the UK whilst ensuring a sustainable food supply chain for the future.
