Gesina Beckert serves as the Director of Research and Operations at Food for Climate League. She has a degree in International Business and holds multiple design-thinking certificates. Prior to joining FCL, she implemented social and environmental projects on four continents through her work on ethical food supply chains at Fair Trade USA, global research projects at Future Food Institute, circular economy solutions at a reuse startup, and renewable energy systems at Bosch. She applies the latest research from human-centered and behavioral design to create narratives and environments that inspire climate-friendly and healthy eating behaviors.
