I started my career as an ACA qualified accountant at Deloitte and have enjoyed a varied career before joining Ocado, the grocery retail and technology company.

At Ocado, I worked as an internal change consultant, reporting to the group board, projects focused on business modelling, supply chain and sustainability culminating in my last role as the Head of Sustainability.

I have an MBA alongside my formal sustainability credentials and now specialises in high level ESG frameworks, action plans and sustainability strategy for SMEs.

I live in Hertfordshire with my husband and four children.
