I am a passionate environmentalist with a focus on the positive impact Regenerative Organic agriculture can have on our people and our planet. I trained as an accountant with KPMG before moving into corporate finance in London. I spent 10 years in M&A investment banking and as a private equity fund manager. I moved to Somerset in 2017 and was the Group Finance Director of Future plc before moving to become the Chief Financial Officer at Yeo Valley in 2021.

Yeo Valley is a pioneer in the food industry. We have produced organic yogurt for over 25 years, and we have one of the most recognised brands in the organic sector. We are passionate about producing real, natural and healthy food, and have a deep respect for our people, our animals and our environment.

As part of my role I lead on our sustainability framework and impact assessment, and I also sit on our investment committee that makes investments into businesses that share our purpose; to nurture and nourish people and planet.

Why are you onboard the Future Food Movement?
I believe that, as a species, we have lost all connection to the value of our food, how food is made and what impact it has on our health, the environment and our planet. We need to rebuild this connection in order to create the change that is required to address the impact that the current agricultural and food production industry has.
